Mid Summer Release and Renewal Ceremony with Ecstatic Dance, Sacred Cacao and Shamanic Journeying

The peak of summer is a powerful time to energetically release anything that is holding you back, creating the space for new beginnings, rebirth and a deeper connection with your authentic self. We will harness the energies for a journey of release, renewal and healing through meditation, movement, shamanic journeying and the gentle heart opening medicine of cacao. Weather permitting, we will dance outside. We will start with a sacred cacao ceremony to help facilitate a deeper connection to your inner-self, and a greater surrender to the dance and the shamanic journeying. You will then be guided through Ecstatic Awakening Dance to drop out of your mind and into your body, which can lead to deep and transformational energetic shifts to improve your wellbeing. There are no steps to follow and no previous dance experience is needed. The invitation is to simply let go and see where the music takes you. This will be followed by a shamanic journey to seek guidance on what new energies you want to bring through for your continued renewal and healing. We will end with a meditation to help integrate your dance journey, balance the body’s energy and invoke a sense of deep relaxation.
